Amy is an author of Eco-Friendly Design: Sustainable Practices for Environmentally Conscious Short-Term Rentals and an Award-Winning Industry Leader. She is currently writing her next addition to the Stylish Stays Series on Universal Design. She also has written C.E. courses for Real Estate Agents. Curriculum for Interior Designer, Home Stagers and other educational presentations for Real Estate Investors, Property Managers and Short-Term Rental Owners.
Amy also has a journal, Self-Discovery: My Journal in publication for youth facing identity and expression in the LGBTQIA= community. And is working with a publishing agent on a 7 Book Series, The Enchanted Adventures of Three Brave Hearts, with the first book in the series completed. It is semi-autobiographical about a young person discovering who they are, coming out and all the trappings one could face on their journey. It is a fantasy adventure of three siblings navigating life in the land of St. Petes.

Amy is earning her certification in NLP Life coach and Hypnotherapy. She aims to start coaching Creative Entrepreneurs who desire a work/life balance as the quest for success in their personal and professional lives.
